Acceptable Use: You agree to use ImpactCart only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Browser Extension: The extension should only be installed from official sources (Chrome Web Store, Firefox Add-ons, etc.).

Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring your use of ImpactCart complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Commission Earnings: ImpactCart earns affiliate commissions from partner retailers when users make qualifying purchases.

No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the availability of affiliate partnerships, commission rates, or coupon codes.

Retailer Policies: All purchases are subject to the retailer's own terms and conditions, return policies, and customer service.

Donation Commitment: ImpactCart commits to donating up to 70% of net affiliate earnings to verified nonprofit organizations.

Monthly Disbursements: Donations are typically made on a monthly basis to ensure efficient processing and maximize impact.

Transparency: We provide regular reports on donations made, though individual transaction tracking may be limited by affiliate network policies.

Nonprofit Verification: All nonprofit partners are verified for legitimacy and alignment with our mission.

Service Availability: ImpactCart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for the actions, products, or services of third-party retailers or affiliate networks.

Technical Issues: We are not liable for technical issues that may affect commission tracking or donation processing.
